without a sampling of our addictive crispy lotus roots.
Fried to a crisp and coated with salted egg yolk 
and curry leaves, one serving is often never enough!


Pan Fried Kurobuta Pork

The origin of Kurobuta Pork is from a rare breed of black pigs that 
owes its origins from Britain. It is also bred in the Kagoshima 
Prefecture in Japan under the trademark of Kagoshima 
Kurobuta, hence the name "Kurobuta Pork". 
Prized for juiciness, flavor and tenderness, our pan fried 
Kurobutaare cushiony soft slices of pure perfection

Only cordyceps fed free range chickens are used to 
create this sweet and flavorful dish.
